Living

The Living area is open plan to the Dining area and Kitchen.

It provides seating for 4 adults with a comfortable 3 seater settee and matching armchair. A TV cabinet houses a 32 inch widescreen TV with Freesat and a DVD player. There is a bookcase with a range of books and DVD's and a  nest of tables which along with the TV cabinet are of a medium oak.

There are a range of lights including ceiling, wall and a tripod lamp providing as much or little light as you require.

The Living area benefits from a view through the French doors with further natural light from a window in the front elevation. The windows have the benefit of a mixture of blinds and curtains.
