Whilst the smallest of the 3 bedrooms it has ample room for 2 children.
It provides well proportioned accommodation with a set of pine bunk beds and a large chest of drawers. The bunks are suitable for children and younger teenagers. The only limit is really the length of each bunk, which at 5'9 (size of mattresses) are shorter than standard. The width is an adequate 2'6. The bunks have been designed to minimise climbing height and make access easier. The bottom bunk is at floor level and therefore particularly suitable for younger children, whilst the upper bunk stands at a height of only circa 1.25 metres. A travel cot can be made available in this room, however it will compromise access to the lower bunk.
The rear facing window with pleasant views benefits from both lined curtains and a black out blind, which keeps light to a minimum and hopefully ensure that your younger ones stay in bed that little bit longer. There is a wicker chair which can also be used as a dining chair.
