Welcome To Easton View

Easton View  is located close to the village of Boynton, on the edge of the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds, surrounded by farmland, yet only 2 minutes drive to the outskirts of the town of Bridlington. Within 10 to 15 minutes drive is the seafront at Bridlington with its large expanses of sandy beaches. Within a similar distance is the Yorkshire Heritage Coast stretching from the village of Sewerby though Danes Dyke and Flamborough Head to Bempton Cliffs. The chalk cliffs which drop into sandy coves provide stunning scenery, excellent walking and are famed for the bird watching opportunities with spring and summer seeing tens of thousands of seabirds including puffins nesting on the cliffs. Filey is circa a 20 minute drive and Scarborough circa 30 to 40 minutes.

Easton Meadows comprises of 15 holiday homes positioned around a central courtyard. It is a modern development formed around buildings originally comprising part of Easton Farm. The development has been sympathetically designed. Externally its walls are of white rendering incorporating brickwork in the traditional local style, which results in an attractive development that provides a character setting but with a modern feel.

Easton View provides flexible holiday accommodation in 3 bedrooms. On the ground floor is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, whilst on the first floor there are 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and 1 bedroom with a single bed. Occupancy of the house is a maximum of 4 (adults and children).  There is a cloakroom with WC and wash basin on the ground floor and a fully tiled family bathroom on the first floor which includes a shower over a bathtub.

The ground floor benefits from French doors to the rear opening onto a stone flagged patio and grassed area set in a corner position. There is a picnic table for outdoor dining, a garden bench and timber chairs to sit and soak up the sun which falls on the area in late afternoon and into the early evening in the summer months; perfect for relaxation at the end of the day. The main double bedroom, which is rearwards facing, features French doors and a Juliet balcony, offering views over the fields to the rear.

The property is nicely furnished in a modern style providing attractive and comfortable accommodation. The kitchen, which is fully fitted, benefits from built in appliances including gas hob, oven, dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge and freezer, plus a microwave, crockery and kitchen utensils. Widescreen TV with Freesat and DVD player in the living area. WiFi at no extra charge.

There is one dedicated car parking space in the central courtyard.

The house is well located for either a traditional seaside holiday in Bridlington, or for exploring the East Yorkshire Coast including Hornsea, Sewerby, Flamborough and Scarborough; or indeed slightly further afield to Whitby and Robin Hoods Bay. It is also perfectly located for exploring the countryside and villages of the Yorkshire Wolds and their attractions. Historic houses of Burton Agnes Hall, Sewerby Hall are within a 10 to 15 minutes drive whilst  Sledmere House is circa 30 minutes. The historic towns of Driffield and Beverley are easily accessible.

Easton View  has the benefit of central heating and double glazing and is available and equipped for holidays throughout the year. Bed linen and towels are provided.

We welcome one small sized well behaved dog by arrangement, however we do not permit dogs upstairs and any dog staying must sleep in the living/kitchen area.
